摘要
利用改进层次分析法,研究了供应链环境下供应商评价与选择的问题。提出了基于制造业战略型供应商的评价指标体系,并运用最优传递矩阵模型对AHP进行改进,建立了用改进层次分析法评价供应商的模型。最后通过算例分析证明,该方法是可行和有效的。
It presents method of improved AHP used for evaluation and selection of suppliers based on supply chain management, puts forward a strategic supplier evaluation index system based on manufacturing, applies the optimal transfer matrix model to improve the analytical hierarchy process （AHP）, and establishes the improved AHP steps for evaluating suppliers. At last a simulated example shows that the model is applicable and effective in evaluation and selection of the suppliers.
