摘要
针对军工企业研产混线生产中存在的管理问题,提出了建立适应多品种变批量生产的MES系统的解决途径。介绍了有针对性的解决措施、以作业计划管理为主线的MES系统的主要功能模型、软件系统的组成及各模块的功能,并简要介绍了系统的实际应用运行情况。
