摘要
阐述了一种条形机油冷却器的工作原理,并分析了该种机油冷却器的组片过程。通过CCD摄像机拍摄组片零件位置关系正确的图像,并建立了正确组片零件位置关系的标准图像库。对组片过程中的每一幅零件位置关系图像进行滤波、二值化处理和边缘检测,在此基础上,针对组片零件的不同特性,采取相应的检测判断策略,最后提出了一种机油冷却器自动组片的单目检测方法。
It describes the working principle of a kind of engine oil cooler, analyzes the automatically assembling process on the engine oil cooler. The standard image library that reflects the right position relatives of the component parts is established by CCD camera, then, each image that reflects the position relatives of the assembling parts with the monocular vision is processed by filter, black - white and edge check in automatically assembling process. It proposes a monocular vision checking method, which adopts the different measurement and judgement strategies, with different characteristic of the component parts.
