液相添加剂对BaTiO_3系无铅PTC陶瓷烧结温度的影响

在制备BaTiO3系PTCR热敏陶瓷过程中,液相添加剂起着重要作用。本文阐述了AST、B2O3、Li2O、TiO2对BaTiO3烧结温度的影响,并对如何降低无铅PTC陶瓷烧结温度进行研究及展望。

Liquid additives play an important role in the process of BaTiO3 based lead free PTCR thermal ceramics. In this paper the effect of AST, B2O3, Li2O, TiO2 on BaTiO3 sintering temperature have been reviewed. Besides, the reduction of sintering temperature of BaTiO3-based lead free PTC ceramics are prospected and studied.
