AZ91D表面玻璃质陶瓷涂层的制备及性能研究

摘要 以Al2O3、SiO2为基料,通过加入PbO-B2O3-SiO2-ZnO-ZrO2系低熔点玻璃粉,在低于450℃的条件下热固化在镁合金表面制备陶瓷涂层,并用聚氨酯清漆封孔。通过测试,封孔涂层耐酸性提高22倍,耐碱性提高34倍,耐盐性提高18倍,耐磨性提高5倍。 The powder of Al2O3, SiO2 were selected as raw materials in the paper,and fusible glass powder was added to prepare ceramic coating on magnesium ahoy AZ91D matrix Less than 450℃ .The coating were sealing by polyurethane varnish.After test,the acid-resistant of the coating than the matrix to increase 22-fold,alkali-resistant of the coating than the matrix to increase 34-fold,salt-tolerant of the coating than the matrix to increase 18-fold; wear resistance of the coating than the matrix to increase 5-fold.
