摘要
通过设计《医院管理人员医疗风险调查表》,对医疗风险的三个方面(医院、社会、患者)影响因素及风险分布、风险管理体系构建情况以及风险控制情况等进行了调查,并进行统计分析,对医疗风险进行描述性研究,根据调查结果提出政策性建议。
Through the design of ＂hospital managers＂ medical risk survey＂, the paper analyzed the three factors （ hospital, society and patient）, distribution and management system of medical risk from hospital management point of view, carried on descriptive study on medical risk and proposed policy suggestions based on investigation results.
