摘要
医院分配制度改革的根本目的,就是建立科学、公平、合理的绩效分配激励机制,激发全院职工努力工作、钻研技术、提高医疗质量水平,全心全意为病人服务,促进医院医疗、教学、科研等各项工作全面发展。文章结合本院实际,探讨了医院分配制度改革的方法与模式。
The aim of the allocation system reform in hospital is to establish scientific, justice and reasonable performance allocation incentives system, to inspire staff to work hard, improve medical quality and provide dedicated services for patients, which is good for increasing both social and economic benefits of hospital and reinforces full development of medical, educational and scientific research works.
