摘要
煤矿排水管道结垢问题不仅降低了排水效率,还增加了排水电耗,影响到煤矿的安全生产。指出了采用机械清理、化学清洗和人工拆除清理管道结垢的不足,设计了一种基于高压水射流清理技术的管道除垢机器人,并介绍了其结构和越障能力设计,对弯道通过性能进行了计算和分析。
The problem of scaling in mine drainage pipe not only decreased the draining efficiency, but also increased the draining power consumption. And impact on the safety in mine production.The insufficient place of the mechanical method, chemical method and manual demolition in cleaning pipe scale were pointed out. And designed a pipe scale removal robot based on the high pressure water jet technology. And introduced the structure and the design of the crossing obstacle capacity. Analyzed and calculated the traveling-capability of the pipe in elbow.
