摘要
针对目前国内液压支架用安全阀存在不足,研制了一种新型液压支架用大流量安全阀。运用FLUENT数值仿真软件成功地模拟出安全阀内部三维流场,通过数值模拟结果来看,数值模拟方法能真实反映安全阀内部的复杂流动,为安全阀的设计和改进提供了理论依据。
For the limitation of the present relief valve in hydraulic supports, a new type large flux relief valve used in hydraulic supports was introduced. The interior 3D flow field of the relief valve was simulated by FLUENT software. Through the simulation result, can conclude that numerical simulation method can reflect the interior complicated flow state of the relief valve and can provide theory basis for the design and improvement of the relief valve.
