摘要
应用有限元对大缸径立柱进行强度分析,提出用有限元分析大缸径立柱的强度和二维平面内力学计算立柱强度相对比的方法,找出大缸径立柱的薄弱环节,提高立柱的强度。以ZY9000/26/55型液压支架的立柱为例,使用PRO/E对立柱三维建模和有限元分析,为大缸径立柱的设计和改进提供了参考依据。
Applying the finite element method to anlyze the strength of the large-bore leg. Using finite element method and mechanics method to find the weakness part of leg and improve the strength. For instance of the leg of ZY9000/26/55 hydraulic support, use PRO/E software to make virtual leg and using finite element method to anlyze the strength of leg. The method gives a reference to design and improvement of the large-bore leg.
