摘要
针对目前掘进工作面的粉尘浓度过高的原因进行了分析,对掘进工作面产尘机理以及常规喷雾降尘机理进行了研究;同时对雾流中雾粒的粒度和分散性与实际的降尘效果进行了研究,得出在不同的压力下喷雾雾流的形式,进一步体现出高压喷雾在降尘技术中的优势。
To carry out an analysis of the reasons that why the heading face of the dust concentration is too high, heading face of the dust production mechanism and the mechanism of conventional spray dust have been studied ,and mist particle size and dispersion of dust in fog stream have been researched with the actual effects, and then derived a different forms of spray mist flow under the different pressure, further reflect the high pressure spray-in technology advantages dustfall.
