摘要
研制了一种高强度平地机刀片铸钢耐磨材料。研究了不同的热处理工艺对铸造刀片材料组织和力学性能的影响。正火之前进行一次正火或退火预热处理可以提高刀片铸钢材料的的强韧性。正火后300℃回火热处理刀片材料具有较高的强度和冲击韧度,热处理的组织为板条状贝氏体铁素体和残余奥氏体,500℃回火出现回火脆性,并介绍了高强度耐磨材料平地机刀刃应用情况。
A high strength cast steel wear resistant material for cutting blade material for leveling machine has been developed. Influence of various heat treatment on mechanical properties and microstructure of test material were studied. The test material has higher strength and toughness, the microstructure of the test material is lath bainite ferrite and retained austenite at normalizing and tempering at 300 ℃, temper brittleness at 500 ℃. The application results were introduced with cutting blade material for leveling machine.
