利用废旧支架立柱改制新型墩柱技术

摘要 针对新安煤矿块段小,煤层块段薄的采场条件,决定采用封闭式炮采,这种回采方法要求墩柱-弹性挡板联合作业,虽然弹性挡板可以买到,但墩柱的订货问题很难,而且工期也无法保证。为此提出了利用新安煤矿报废的QY-240支架立柱改制新型墩柱的设想,改制后的墩柱支撑力增加到500~600kN,实现了闲置设备的合理利用,满足了井下安全生产的需要。 Aim at Xin'an Coal Mine piece the segment is small, the coal seam piece segment thinly adopts a condition,so decide to adopt to close the type cannon adopts ,this kind of a method to request dun pillar-the flexibility blocks plank consociation,although the flexible block plank can be bought. The ordering problem of heavy-duty pier is very difficult, and the work expects to also promise. So put forward to make use of the supports QY-240 that my mineral discards to sign pillar to change the system conceiving of new heavy-duty pier, the heavy-duty pier after changing the system props up dint to increase to 500-600 kN, carried out the reasonable exploitation of idle equipments and satisfied the demand of safe production in well.
