摘要
在研究煤超微粉碎过程中,设计了一种用于煤超微粉碎的双圆盘气流粉碎机,与传统的气流粉碎机相比生产效率更高。设计的双圆盘气流粉碎机的特征在于有两只相交的圆盘状粉碎室,粉碎室周围有若干只能产生两股旋向相反的超高速旋流的射流喷嘴。与传统的双圆盘粉碎机不同的是加料器的位置,将加料器置于粉碎腔的中心,使煤颗粒在圆盘相交部位受到强烈的对撞和摩擦而被快速粉碎。通过合理的控制煤粉气流的运动方向,充分利用煤粉颗粒在超高速运动时具有的巨大动能,大大提高了运动中煤粉颗粒的撞击力度,使分级的分级粒度更小,能显著提高粉碎机的生产效率,降低了生产能耗。
