摘要
基于灰色关联理论,在灰色关联分析中引进相似系数,将两者相结合形成综合关联度,提出了基于综合关联度分析的感应电机转子故障诊断方法。首先选择感应电机典型转子故障模式构造标准故障模式。根据综合关联度的计算方法,计算出感应电机待检转子故障模式的综合关联度,根据关联序识别感应电机待检转子模式的故障类型。通过故障诊断实例表明,将综合关联度分析引入感应电机转子的故障诊断中是可行的,具有较高的识别率,分类诊断能力优于BP神经网络故障诊断方法。
Based on the gray correlation theory, the similar coefficient was introduced to the grey correlation analysis, and then, the gray correlation degree was coupled with the similar coefficient to form the comprehensive correlative degree. The rotor induction motor faults were diagnosed according to the comprehensive correlation degree. According to the typical rotor fault model, some typical fault samples were divided into several sets of induction motor rotor fault reference model. According to the given calculation method for the comprehensive relation degree, the comprehensive relational degree of unidentified induction motor rotor fault model was computed. According to the correlation sequence, the rotor fault was identified for induction motor. The results indicate that the method is available for the induction motor rotor fault diagnosis and has better classified diagnosis ability than BP neural network method.
