机电液一体化设备故障智能诊断技术研究

Investigation of Intelligent Fault Diagnosis for Electromechanical Incorporate Equipment

工厂生产自动化,使相关机电液一体化生产设备得到长足发展,在促进生产技术发展的同时,给设备维护维修带来了困难。机械故障易检测维修,而电气部分故障具有隐蔽性,从而给维修技术人员带来困难,事后维修往往都是设备已经损坏,影响生产,甚至影响设备乃至车间运行,提出机电液一体化设备的自诊断技术,使其故障在初期没有造成严重危害时,快速准确地检测到,提高了维修效率,对实践有一定的参考意义。

A new method is presented to solve a series of the fault detections using the intelligent fault diagnosis for the concealment of electrical accidents. The results show that the self-test method is reliable and practicable.
