摘要
分析了电镀金刚石钻头生产中各工艺参数(镀液配方、温度、pH值、电流密度及上砂方法等)对产品质量的影响。通过严格控制操作工艺,可以有效稳定和提高钻头的质量,解决钻头使用中出现的掉块、拉槽以及保径能力差等现象。
The effects of each process parameter in electroplating diamond bits (including bath formulation, temperature, pH, current density, kamisako method, etc. ) on product quality are analyzed. Through strict control of technical operations, bit quality can be stabilized and improved,as a result the phenomena of losing block, drawing groove, poor diameter preserving ability, etc. in use can be eliminated.
