摘要
玉米赤霉烯酮是一种具有雌激素作用真菌毒素,主要污染玉米、麦类、谷物等,严重影响农业经济及人类健康,因此有必要研究能准确、灵敏检测玉米赤霉烯酮方法。该文对玉米赤霉烯酮检测方法进行综述。
Zearalenone is a mycotoxin with estrogen function. It mainly contaminates corn, wheat, grain etc, seriously threats agriculture economy and human healthy. So it is necessary to develop the reliable and sensitive determination methods of zearalenone. This paper will make a comprehensive review on the methods of zearalenone analysis.
