为总结和积累经验,从餐饮业卫生监管法规和标准、监管制度、监督执法情况和食品卫生宣传教育四个方面阐述了十余年的餐饮业卫生监督的发展成就。
To summarize and accumulate experiences, the development and achievement of Regulations and Criteria,Supervision Systems, Monitoring and Law Enforcement and Public Education on health supervision for catering business were expatiated in this article.
