生肉中单核细胞增生性李斯特菌的分离与鉴定

摘要 目的了解哈尔滨市售生肉中单核细胞增生性李斯特菌的污染状况。方法将显色培养基法、API试剂条法和PCR法联合应用对哈尔滨市售128份生肉进行单核细胞增生性李斯特菌的分离鉴定。结果共分离出单核细胞增生性李斯特菌18株,检出率为14.06%。其中生猪肉检出率最高,达20.00%。结论哈尔滨市售生肉中单核细胞增生性李斯特菌污染状况比较严重,应引起有关部门的重视,加强管理和监测。 Objective To understand the contaminant situation of Listeria monocytogenes in raw meat on the market in Harbin. Method Listeria monocytogenes in 128 raw meats on the market in Harbin were isolated and identificated by three methods of Coloration medium, API reagent strip and PCR. Results A total of 18 Listeria monocytogenes were isolated. The isolating rate is 14.06 % . Among them the isolating rate of raw pork was the highest, and reached more 20.00 % . Conclusion The contaminant situation of Listeria monocytogenes in raw meat on the market in Harbin was more serious, which should be seriously paid attention by the relevant departments, which should strengthen management and monitoring.
