Teaching content of inorganic chemistry has some basic rules, namely, structural nature of the decision, a variety of solutions to problems, linear processing, consistency rule. Application of consistency rule plays important work in teaching, it unifys unrelated contents and finds their common through careful observation, analogy, comparison, contrast and induction.
