焦炉抵抗墙设计依据

Design basis for buttress wall of coke oven

针对焦炉抵抗墙设计中的主要数据存在的一些问题及与实际投产后产生的矛盾,中冶焦耐公司历经10余年,对数座焦炉基础从烘炉到正常生产进行了系统地测定,取得了完整的数据,并将改进后的数据应用于设计生产中。文中对改进设计的方案及应用成果进行了详细的介绍。

Against some problems existed in main data of coke oven buttress wall design and contradiction generated after actual commissioning, through 10 years or more, ACRE has systematically measured many coke oven foundations ranged from coke oven heating-up to normal production, obtained complete data, the data after improvement have been used in design and production. The proposal of improved design and application fruit were described in detail in this paper.
