Analysis on 6m coke oven thermotechnical parameters and energy-saving measure

通过对6m焦炉的热工参数进行的测量与计算,分析了攀钢新1#、2#焦炉在物料平衡、能量平衡、火用平衡等方面的实际生产情况。在此基础上对新1#、2#焦炉的节能降耗方案进行了研究,提出了在生产操作中切实可行的节能降耗措施。

By means of measurement and calculation of thermotechnical parameters on 6m coke oven, the actual production situation in the aspects of material balance, energy balance and exergy balance on No. 1 and No. 2 new coke ovens of Panzhihua Iron ＆ Steel Company is analyzed. Based on these, energy-saving and consumption reduction proposals for No. 1 and No. 2 new coke ovens are studied, the practical and feasible energy-saving and consumption reduction proposals in actual production are put forward.
