摘要
介绍了钛调节阀的损坏和腐蚀情况,分析了阀芯的断裂原因。分析表明,溶液中含氟离子和冲刷腐蚀是调节阀损坏的原因,通过改进阀门的结构和对阀芯、阀座进行表面处理可以延长调节阀的寿命。
The damage and valve core is analyzed. The major causes of the damage corrosion of titanium regulating valve is described and the fracture cause of analysis shows that the fluorine containing ion in solution and flushing are the of regulating valve. The service life of the regulating valve can be prolonged by the improvement of the valve structure and surface treatment of valve core and valve seat.
