老年患者真空静脉采血穿刺影响因素和成功技巧分析

The Relativity Analysis Between the Successful Rate of the Venipuncture and Velocity Blood Collection for Senile Patient

目的探讨真空采血器采血穿刺时间与穿刺成功率的相关性。方法用秒表测量509例次真空采血从进针到插入真空管见到回血的时间并记录,评价静脉穿刺难度,应用CORREL工作表函数相关系数对真空采血器静脉采血穿刺时间和穿刺难度进行相关性分析。结果通过单因素分析发现穿刺时间与穿刺难度有正相关关系（P〈0.05）,即采血穿刺时间与穿刺成功率有密切关系。结论对使用真空采血器静脉采血穿刺难度高的老年患者,相应延长穿刺时间放慢进针速度是提高老年患者采血成功率的有效措施。

Objective Study of the relativity between venipuncture velocity blood collection with Vacuette and venipuncture of difficulty for senile patient. Methods Recording the needing time of 509 times venipuncture velocity blood collection . To analyzing the relativity between venipuncture velocity blood collection with Vacuette and venipuncture of difficulty above using CORREL. Results By single factor analysis, venipuncture time was significantly positive correlation with grade（ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusions In order to increase achievement ratio during venipuncture blood collection with Vacuette, venipuncture peed should be controlled accurately. It is that venipuncture speed should be slow to patients with vein sightless, skin loosing, pigmentation, vascular sclerosis.
