摘要
目的探讨CT引导下经皮穿刺臭氧髓核消融术治疗颈腰椎间盘突出症的可行性。方法138例颈腰椎间盘突出症的患者于CT引导下经皮穿刺,并在病变椎间盘注射浓度为40μg的医用臭氧,椎间盘内、突出髓核内及椎管内可见臭氧残留。结果138例椎间盘均穿刺成功。术后3月显效89例,有效35例,无效14例,有效率89.86%;术后6月显效92例,有效37例,无效9例,有效率93.48%。患者均未见任何并发症。结论CT引导下经皮穿刺臭氧髓核消融术是一种新的介入治疗颈腰椎间盘突出症的方法。具有安全性高、方法简便、疗效明显的特点。
Objective To investigate the CT-guided percutaneous ablation ozone discectomy feasibility to treatment lumbar disc herniation. Methods 138 cases of cervical lumbar disc herniation were completed with CT-guided percutaneous and disc lesion injection of medical ozone with concentration 40μg. Results The residual ozone appeared in both the regions of intradiscal nucleus pulposus and highlight nucleus pulposus. 138 cases of intervertebral disc punctured successful. In 138 patients, therapeutic efficacy happened markedly in 89 cases, effectively in 35 cases, and invalidly in 14 cases , in 3 months after operation. So the efficiency rate was 89.86%. In 6 months after operation, the effect of therapy appeared markedly in 92 cases, effectively in 37 cases, 9 cases of invalid, the efficiency rate was 93.48%. No patients had any complications. Conclusion CT- guided percutaneous ablation ozone discectomy was an effective intervention in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation. The method was safe, simple, and effective.
