摘要
In order to analyze the impact of the international financial crisis on the floating population, from November to December in 2008, the Department of Floating Population Service and Management of the National Population and Family Planning Commission of China（NPFPC） undertook investigations of the floating population returning home in advance before 2009 Spring Festival across the nation.
为了解受金融危机影响而提前返乡的流动人口的从业、生活状况、返城意愿以及相关的服务需求，分析国际金融危机对流动人口生存发展状况的影响，2008年11～12月，国家人口计生委流动人口服务管理司在全国各地开展了提前返乡流动人口摸底调查，并对安徽、江西、河南、湖北、湖南、重庆六个流出人151大省（市）进行了抽样调查。
