摘要
GluR2亚基由于其mRNA Q/R位点编辑,使得它在AMPA受体中的相对含量决定了AMPA受体的钙离子不通透性。在多种神经性损伤或退行性疾病中,神经元GluR2表达下调,Ca2+内流增加。但是目前关于GluR2下调机制,GluR2在神经元死亡或耐受中的作用及机制尚未完全阐明。本文就AMPA受体GluR2亚基调控及其与神经元损伤关系的研究进展作一综述。
The relative presence of GluR2 subunits in AMPA receptors (AMPARs) determines the Calcium - impermeability of AMPARs because of GIuR2 mRNA Q/R edit. In a wide range of neurological insults and neumdegenerative disorders neuronal expression of GluR2 reduced and Ca^2+ influx into neurons increased. But the mechanisms of GluR2 downregulation and the effects of GluR2 on neuronal death and tolerance have still not been completely delineated. This paper reviewed the progress of researches in the regulation of GluR2 subunits of AMPARs and the relationship of GluR2 with neuronal damage.
