负离子整理对棉织物性能的影响

Influence of Anion Finishing on Property of Cotton Fabric

分析了棉织物整理中负离子整理剂体积分数、烘焙时间、烘焙温度和浸泡时间对织物负离子释放量、透气性及手感的影响,并用方差分析的排序法评定整理效果.结果表明,经过负离子处理的纺织品能够释放出大量的负离子,柔软性良好,但透气性和折皱回复角较原布有所降低.

The influence of concentration of anion agent, curing time, curing temperature and soaking time on anion release, the breathability and the handle of fabrics was analyzed in the finishing cotton fabrics. The effects of finishing were assessed by the sort method of variance analysis. The results show that the textiles finished by anion agents can release a lot of anion and are soft. Compared with the original fabric, the breathability and wrinkle recovery angle of the finished fabric decrease slightly.
