我院门诊处方评价模式探讨及不合格处方分析

An Exploration on the Evaluation Patterns of the Prescriptions in Out-patient Clinic and an Analysis of Irrational Prescriptions

目的:探讨门诊处方评价模式,提高处方质量。方法:实施新的处方检查模式,每天随机抽取30%处方,总结分析处方的不合理项目及因素。结果:新工作模式的开展提高了处方质量,不合格处方逐月下降,检出处方不合格率由1月份4.11%降至4月份3.18%,处方规范化书写加强,但是用药的合理性有待继续提高。结论:医院医师与药师应加强《处方管理办法》的学习,加强自身专业学习,从而减少不合格处方的发生,使用药更合理。

Objective：In order to implement the ＂Prescription Management＂ and to improve the quality of prescriptions, a new policy to inspect the prescription was put into application in our hospital. Methods： Thirty percent of prescriptions were daily and randomly selected and inspected with this new method. Results： This new evaluation model improved the quality of the prescriptions. Unqualified and irrational prescription declined monthly from 4. 11% （January, 2009） to 3. 18 （April, 2009）. Although the quality of prescription improved, the rational use of drugs needed further concern. Conclusions： Clinical doctors and pharmacists should carry out the ＂Prescription Management＂ and get it improved so as to enhance their own professional skill and reduce irrational drug use.
