高效液相色谱法测定鱼鳔补肾丸中松果菊苷的含量

Determination of Echinacoside Content in Yupiaobushen Pills by High Performance Chromatography

目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定鱼鳔补肾丸中松果菊苷的含量。方法:采用shim-pack CLC-ODS(6mm×150mm,5μm)色谱柱,流动相:甲醇-0.1%甲酸溶液(27:73),流速1.0mL/min,柱温35℃,进样量10μL,检测波长334nm。结果:松果菊苷在进样量0.01017～0.05085mg/mL范围内线性关系良好,回归方程为Y=976220X-2600.8(r=0.9998,n=5),平均加样回收率为101.09%,RSD为1.75%。结论:本方法快速、简便、结果准确,可用于控制该制剂的质量。

Objective：To establish a high performance chromatography （HPLC） method to assay the concentration of echinacoside in Yupiaobushen pills. Methods： Shim-pack CLC-ODS （6 mm × 150 mm, 5 μm） column and a mobile phase of methanol-0.1% formic acid solution （27： 73） was used with a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min and column temperature of 35 ℃. The detection wave length was 334 nm. Results： There was a linear relationship within the range of 0. 01017 × 0. 05085 mg/mL and the regression equation was Y = 976220X- 2600. 8 （ r = 0. 9998, n = 5）. The average relative recovery rate was 101.09% and RSD was 1.75%. Conclusions： This method is simple and accurate and able to control the quality of the preparation.
