摘要
通过控制不同单体的加料速度,采取递变加料的方式,合成了具有类似"洋葱"结构的梯度乳液聚合物,并对影响聚合物梯度结构的相关因素进行了探讨,测试了梯度乳液聚合物成膜后的力学性能。实验发现,加料速度和乳化剂的用量都会影响到聚合物梯度构造的形成,梯度聚合物的成膜物在抗拉伸强度和断裂伸长率方面都有不错的表现,具备良好的力学性能。
The gradient emulsion polymer like onion structure was synthesized by controlling the feeding speed of different monomer and taking feeding graded manner, the impact of gradient structure of polymer was discussed and Mechanical Properties of gradient emulsion polymer's film was tested. From the experiment, It was found the feeding speed and emulsifiers can affect formation of gradient emulsion polymer, it was good for gradient emulsion polymer's film in the areas of tensile strength and elongation at break, and had very good mechanical properties.
