摘要
DPS数据处理系统是一套多功能数理统计和数据模型处理软件系统,具有强大的统计分析功能,并以中文输出,能有效地解决科学研究中的实验设计和数据分析问题。均匀设计是由中国著名数学家方开泰和王元提出的一种能用较少的实验次数得到较为合理的结果的实验设计方法。实验以聚丙稀/CaCO3复合材料为研究对象,结合DPS和UD设计实验方案和配方,并利用DPS进行数据分析,建立模型。通过DPS计算结果,得出PP配方最优点,完成对实验的优化和数据处理。
Date processing system is a software system consisted of multifunction mathematical and physical statistics and the processing of date model. It exports with Chinese and can solve the problems about designing experiment and analyzing date in scientific study effectively. DPS has strong function of statistics and analyzing. Uniform design is an experiment designing program which was praised by the famous mathematicians Fang Kaitai and Wang Yuan and can get more reasonable result with less experiment, The studying object of the experiment was the compound material polypropylene/CaCO3. DPS and UD were used to design experiment program and fill prescription, and DPS was used to fulfill date analyzing and set up model. With the result which DPS counted, the best fill prescription was got and experiment optimize and complete date processing were made.
