摘要
针对某日用化工厂每天排放废水约1800m3/d,其中包括香波生产废水、牙膏生产废水和厂区生活污水,进行了废水处理工程设计。先将废水降温,再排入污水处理系统处理。污水处理系统主要工艺为"化学混凝+缺氧+二级好氧",废水经处理后水质较好,可达到当地环保要求。
According to a chemical factory of daily use discharge wastewater 1800 m^3/d, the wastewater treatment project was designed. The wastewater including shampoo production (H/C), toothpaste production (O/C) and domestice sewage..Wastewater from the production was cooled down by a cooling device before gone into the wastewater treatment facility. The treatment process which consists of chemical reaction + incomplete anaerobic + active sludge + contact oxidation can ensure the effluent quality up to the standard
