摘要
文章以广州和记黄埔中药有限公司空调系统进行节能改造作为课题研究背景,对空调系统进行变水温调节,从理论上和实践上对节能效果进行验证。空调系统实施变水温后,供水温度由2005年的7℃提升到7~13℃,变水温调节的运行在冬季供水温度较高,而在夏季较低,其对于空调系统冷水机组的实际节能率为12%;通过理论计算,在满足室内相对湿度要求的前提下,变水温调节在新风比为0.3时的节能率可达18%,而在无新风时的节能率可达22%。
The study was confined to the energy-saving regulation project of Guangzhou Heji Huangpu limited company. Through variable chilled water temperature regulation used in the air-conditional system, the energy-saving effect was demonstrated theoretically and practically. By variable chilled water temperature regulation, the temperature of supply water climbed from 7 ℃ in 2005 to 7-13℃ now. The chilled water temperature turned higher in winter than in summer. The energy saving ratio of chilled water temperature to the water chilling unit in the air-condition system was about 12 %. With the relative humidity satisfied, the energy saving ratio of variable temperature regulation, by theoretical calculation, amounted to 18 % when fresh air ratio was 0.3 and to 22 % when no fresh air was needed.
