浅谈如何在基础化学实验教学中培养学生的综合素质

On How to Cultivating Comprehensive Quality of Students in Basic Chemistry Experiment Teaching

文章阐述了基础化学实验教学对学生综合素质培养的重要意义,指出实验教学不但要注重学生知识和技能的提高,更要注重学生综合素质的提升;着重阐述了指导老师在实验教学环节中如何引导学生提高自身的综合素质;提出在基础化学实验教学中提高学生综合素质应重视的四种素质:思想品德素质,人文素质,业务素质,心理素质。并结合具体实例对上述三个方面进行了详细的分析与说明。

In the paper, based on the course characteristics of Basic Chemistry Experiment, the importance of Comprehensive Quality-building in Basic Chemistry Experiment Teaching was first expounded, and it was pointed out that great attention should be paid to improving students＇non- intelligence ability as well as students＇knowledge and technical skills in chemical experiment teaching. And it was emphatically stated how the teacher guides students to improve their comprehensive quality during experiment teaching. At the same time, four diathesises were proposed which can effectively improve the Comprehensive Quality of students in the teaching of Basic Chemistry Experiment： ideological and moral character, Humanities quality, Professional quality, Psychological quality. And the above four aspects were further analyzed and described detailedly with specific examples.
