摘要
建立完善的食品标签制度将会有利于我国的食品出口,有效减少国际贸易争端的发生。对此,中国政府已经采取了一些措施,但由于中国在此领域起步稍晚,因此存在一些立法不完善以及法律适用上的问题;同时,和发达国家的规定及国际通用标准规定不相一致,这些都将有可能引发中国和其他国家间的贸易争端,并为中国的食品出口贸易带来障碍。
A sound label system will enhance food export and help to solve international trade disputes. The Chinese government has taken measures in this area. However, China still has some problems in legislation as well as in implementation of concerned laws. There are still gaps to fill between China and the developed nations. Because of this, disputes and conflicts will arise because of the different standards adopted by China and other nations, which will hinder China＇s food exports.
