摘要
在贯彻落实科学发展观的新时期,推广绿色消费促进绿色物流发展具有特别的意义。当前我国推广绿色消费遇到了来自政府、消费者、生产、市场等方面的障碍。为此,我们必须深刻理解绿色消费与绿色物流的和谐关系,采取健全法律法规,加快立法建设;进行全民绿色教育,增强消费者绿色消费意识;发展绿色产品和实行绿色营销;激励绿色产品的研究与开发;畅通绿色产品的流通渠道;规范绿色市场秩序等策略。
Environmental consumption is one of the hottest issues nowadays. During the new period of comprehensive implementation of the scientific developing approach, it is of special significance to expand environmental consumption and promote environmental logistics. However, the promotion of the environmental consumption in China has met with obstacles from the government, consumers, production and markets, etc. Therefore we have to profoundly understand the harmonious relations between environmental consumption and environmental logistics. At the same time we need to take measures such as perfecting laws and regulations, speeding up the legislative construction, carrying on the environmental education for all, enhancing the consumer's awareness of environmental consumption, developing environmental products and implementing the environmental marketing, promoting research and development, and giving green light to all green products.
