摘要
当前外国直接投资的一个重要趋势是转向服务业。本文对于近些年来国内外学者对服务业外商直接投资的经济效应研究进行了梳理,其中包括经济增长效应、技术外溢效应、就业效应、资本形成效应、贸易效应等方面,并进行了相应的评价。
Nowadays the tendency of FDI is a shift towards the service sector. This paper describes the studies on economic effects of FDI in services, including economic growth effect, technology spillover effect, employment effect, capital reformation effect and trade effect. In the end the paper makes a comment.
