摘要
随着国内资本市场的不断发展与完善,风险投资逐步成为企业,尤其是中小企业获取发展资金的重要资金来源之一。但对于风险投资家来说,收益总是与风险相生相伴。当面对资本市场的涨跌波动,资金退出路径的选择应当充分考虑到如何保证被投资企业所需资金的持续供应的同时,考虑到如何保证风险投资者的丰厚回报与资金安全,健全创业板、协议转让等配套机制的完善,成为资本市场上风险投资退出的必由之路。
The VC（Venture Capital） has gradually becomes one of the financing ways in the present Chinese capital market. Meanwhile, high risk has always gone hand in hand with high profit earning. Therefore, withdrawal approaches from the investment market to promote the mobility of the flow would be obligated in advance.
