生物胶原纤维刘氏烧伤敷料试验研究

摘要 目的了解生物胶原纤维刘氏烧伤敷料的性能。方法对生物胶原纤维刘氏烧伤敷料进行生物及物理性测定,包括抗拉力试验、水分蒸发试验、黏附试验、细菌过滤、抗菌试验、皮肤毒性及致敏试验和电镜观察。结果生物胶原纤维刘氏烧伤敷料的抗拉力试验平均拉力为(73.54±11.17)N,水分蒸发试验平均水分丢失为30.884.60g·m-2·h-1,黏附试验平均黏附力为(88.16±36.13)g/cm2,经刘氏烧伤敷料过滤含菌液及刘氏烧伤敷料覆盖下含菌培养皿区均无菌生长,皮肤刺激及致敏试验两者均为阴性,电镜扫描观察该敷料为胶原纤维网状三维纳米结构。结论生物胶原纤维刘氏烧伤敷料是一种无细胞胶原纤维三维纳米结构密闭性敷料,能阻止细菌通过并有抗菌抑菌作用,有良好密闭性能和通透性,抗拉力强和黏附力好。无毒无菌胶原敷料,是理想烧伤创面真皮替代覆盖物。 Objective To a deeply understand the properties of a biological collagen fiber Liu's burn dressing (LBD). Methods The physical and biological properties of the LBD were determined by anti-pull test, evapration test, adhesion test, bacterial filtration and antibacterial tests, skin toxicity test and allergic skin test, as well as electron microscopy. Results Anti-pull test showed that average pulling force was ( 73.54 ±11.17) N, evaporation test showed the water loss of the wound averaged (30.88± 3.25) g · m^-2 · h^-1 . Adhesion averaged (88.14±1.21)g/cm^2. Anti bacterial test after 24 hours culture showed the bacteria growing on all the culture dish, but not growing on the section covered with LBD. Bacterial filtration test demonstrated result that microbe did not grow in the lower container. The skin toxicity and allergic skin tests were negative. A scanning electron microscopy showed that LBD was of a three dimensional nanostructure. Conclusion Biological collagen Liu's burn dressing, of a three dimensional nanostructure, is nontoxic and axenic, with very good airtight, permeability, anti-pull force and adhesion, thus is an ideal dermal substitute for burn wound.
