冠心病患者心电图PTFV_1与左室舒张功能的相关分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨冠心病患者心电图V1导联P波终末电势(PTFV1)与左室舒张功能的关系。方法:应用超声心动图和心电图对40例冠心病患者和38例健康人进行分析。结果:①冠心病患者左室舒张功能指标左室舒张早期二尖瓣血流峰值速度/左室舒张晚期峰值速度(E/A)与正常对照组存在显著性差异;②冠心病患者心电图PTFV1负值大者E/A比值显著降低;③冠心病患者心电图PTFV1与舒张功能指标E/A值存在正相关(r=0.52,P<0.01)。结论:心电图PTFV1有助于评价左室舒张功能的障碍。 Objective :To investigate the relationship between PTFV1 of ECG and left ventrieular diastolic function in patients with CHD. Methods: 40 patients with CHD and 38 healthy people were examined by eehocardiography and ECG. Results: ①The differences of A/E between two groups were statistically significant; ②The larger the negative number of PTFV1 of ECG in patients with CHD, the greater decrease of the A/E;③PTFV1 correlated positively to the ME (r=0.52, P〈0.01). Conclusion:There are positive correlation between PTFVI of ECG and left ventrieular function, PTFV1 can help to access the left ventficular function.
