胫骨平台骨折31例手术治疗的观察体会 被引量:2

摘要 目的:总结胫骨平台骨折手术治疗的观察体会及临床经验。方法:采用开放复位AO支持钢板内固定治疗胫骨平台骨折31例,根据内外侧平台受累情况,采用膝关节外侧髌骨旁"S"形切口或髌旁内侧直切口,充分显露胫骨平台关节面,首先尽可能使平台关节面解剖复位,采用内外侧或双侧AO钢板固定,塌陷区在复位后均在骨缺损区予以自体松质骨或人工骨充填。修复内外侧副韧带及交叉韧带断裂伤。术后予功能锻炼。结果:按Hohl膝关节功能标准评定,优19例(63%),良8例(24%),优良率为87%,差4例(13%)。结论:胫骨平台骨选择开放复位AO支持钢板内固定治疗,根据骨折损伤类型决定手术方法及术后功能锻炼,效果良好。
