On the Universal Law and Its Enlightenment of Practice Activity

人类的实践活动是有规律的。实践规律有一般与特殊之分。实践的一般规律所要回答的问题是实践的价值决定于哪些因素。认真考察可以发现,实践的价值除了要取决于实践者所付出的劳动量外,还取决于实践的价值系数和实践方式的科学程度。因此,谁要想有所贡献,谁就必须去实践;谁要想使实践有价值,谁就必须坚持理论与实际相结合、实事求是、科学决策,就必须坚持与群众、专家相结合。

The human practice activity has its own laws, which are of specialty as well as of universality. The question that the universal laws should answer is which factors decide the practice value. It can be found through careful investigation that, addition to the labor amount that the practitioner do, the practice value still depends on the value coefficient and on the scientific intensity of the practice method. Therefore, whoever wants to make some contributions must go for practice; whoever wants to make practice valuable must insist on the theory being combined with reality, seeking truth from facts, and making science decisions, and must insist on combining with masses and experts.
