The construction of economizing society is the significant strategic plan which the Central Patty Committee has made acconting to the development of economic society. It is the indispensable request for the realization and construction of the harmonious society. The three theoretical supports are as follows： Aristotle＇s thought about ＂Middle Course＂, Marx＇s theory of material transformation theory and the socialist ecological civilization, which are of great theoretical and practical significance to the current consturction of our economizing society.
