化疗后恶心呕吐反应及其中医药治疗进展

Treatment progress of TCM in Chemotherapy-induced Nausea and Vomiting

目前化疗后恶心呕吐反应(CINV)的机制主要有两种,一种是中枢性机制,另一种是胃肠道机制。临床上绝大多数的化疗药物都有不同程度的致呕性,签于这种呕吐的危险性,西医已经研究出许多止呕的药物,但大多副作用较明显或价格昂贵,临床上患者难以接受,中医药在CINV的治疗方面尤其显著的优势,临床上应大力提倡。今后中医药应加强CINV的机理研究及其有效成分的研究,有利于中医的国际化。

The mechanism of chemotherapy-induced nausea and vomiting （ CINV ） is mainly containing two types, the first is central mechanism, and the second is about gastrointestinal tract one. As we know many chemotherapeutics clinically have different degree of leading vomiting. Because of the risk of vomiting, many preventing vomit has emerged, however, the side effect is mostly obvious or the price is so expensive that the patient is hard to accept the medicine. The Chinese medicine has superiority to the western medicine on curing CINV, therefore we should advocate it. In the future, the Chinese medicine ought to do the research on the mechanism and active constituent of the CINV that is profit for the internationalization of the Chinese medicine.
