湖北省人群旋毛虫感染情况调查

INVESTIGATION ON INFECTION OF THE HUMAN TRICHINELLA SPIRALIS IN HUBEI PROVINCE

为了解我省人体旋毛虫病流行特征、危害情况，以酶联免疫吸附试验（ＥＬＩＳＡ）对全省５个片区的２１个县、市４７１９人进行血清流行病学调查，结果抗体阳性率为１２．２％，主要流行区为鄂西北、鄂东北地区。提示目前我省人体旋毛虫病流行仍然十分严重。

In order to understand the epidemic feature, extent of injury of human trichinosis, a sere epidemiological survey was carried out for detecting the antibody in Hubei Province from 1982 to 1996. In this study, 4 719 persons from 21 counties were selected via stratified and clustered random sampling and their blood samples were examined with ELISA. The positive rate was 12.16% and the main epidemic areas were the northeast, northwest areas. The results indicated that the prevalence of trichinosis was still serious. Therefore, making a policy and taking control measures should be placed on the agenda.
