摘要
信息不对称、合同不完备与依赖不对称是诱导机会主义行为的主要因素,机会主义行为主要表现为责任逃避、拒绝适应、主动违背、强迫让步与信息扭曲等形式。通过伙伴选择、激励设计、事后监控、信息网络与社会化机制等,能够有效地解决组织间关系中机会主义的治理问题。
Asymmetric information, incomplete contract and asymmetric interdependence are the main determinants that induce opportunistic behavior, whose main forms are obligation shirking, refused to adaption, active violation, enforcing concessions and information distortion. Therefore, we can effectively resolve governance problem of opportunism in inter -organizational relationship through partner selection, incentive design, post-monitoring, information network and socialization mechanism.
