诊断冠心病的新指标——QRS积分

A NEW INDEX FOR DIAGNOSING CORONARY ARTERY DISEASE—QRS SCORE

通过对６４例受检者平板运动试验心电图ＱＲＳ波振幅的计算分析，将它们综合成一个指标即ＱＲＳ积分，且ＱＲＳ积分≤０总是与冠心病相关。ＱＲＳ积分≤０诊断冠心病的敏感性和特异性分别为７３．５３％和７６．６７％，与ＳＴ段压低比较，敏感性显著增加（５２．９４％，Ｐ＜０．０５），特异性相差不大（７０％），而且独立于ＳＴ段压低。

64 subjects of exerciseinduced QRS wave amplitude changes were analysed.They were incorporated into a composite indexQRS score.Negative QRS scores(<0) always associated with coronary artery disease (CAD);the score could predict CAD,with a sensitivity and a specificity 73.53% and 76.67% respectively.As compared with ST segment depression,the sensibility increased obviously,but the specificity had little difference.The score was not related to exerciseinduced ST segment depression.Based on the exerciseinduced QRS amplitude changes the score provides a new useful index for diagnosing CAD.
