肺心病患者细胞内外液钙镁含量及其与尿镁关系的研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的:了解肺心病急性期患者细胞内外液钙(Ca)、镁(Mg)含量及其与尿镁(UMg)的关系。方法:用原子吸收分光光度计测定30例肺心病急性期患者细胞内液(白细胞、红细胞)和细胞外液(血清)的Ca、Mg含量及24h尿镁(UMg)排泄量。结果:患者细胞内、外液Ca、Mg均有显著降低,且UMg与血pH值呈负相关(r=-0.48,P<0.05)。结论:①肺心病急性期患者机体存在较为严重的Ca、Mg缺乏;②肺心病患者存在的酸中毒具有显著增加UMg排泄的作用,是导致肺心病患者缺Mg的重要因素之一; Objective:This paper was To study the correlation between the content of calcium(Ca) and magnesium(Mg) in intracellular and extracellular fluid and the urine magnesium(UMg)in exacerbated patients with chronic cor pulmonale. Methods:Thirty exacerbated patients with chronic cor pulmonale were selected. We measured their Content of Ca and Mg in intracellular (leucocyte and erythrocyte)、extracellular fluid (serum),and urinary magnesium within 24 hours by atomic absorption spectrophotometer. Results:Content of calcium and magnesium in intracelluar and extracellular fluid decreased significantly. We found a positive correlation between UMg and pH(r=-0.48,P<0.02).Conclusions:1. A severe deficiency of Ca and Mg existed in these patients;2. Acidosis could increase the excretion of magnesium in urine,which was one of important factors inducing magnesium deficiency in patients with cor pulmonale;3. In order to correct the imbalance of magnesium metabolism, the amelioration of acidosis and appropriately are supplemental magnesium imperative.
